If for any reason you are not satisfied with an STMNA Replenisher product purchased from https://drinkstmna.com/  or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product at STMNA discretion. Please note the STMNA Replenisher 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Satisfaction Guarantee will only be provided to the original purchaser.

How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please email info@drinkstamna.com. Please include the date and location of the purchased product. If your request is approved, STMNA may require you to mail the unused portion of your STMNA Replenisher product (At your expense), proof of purchase, and your claim number.

All Satisfaction Guarantee requests must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines
STMNA reserves the right to verify all information provided, including proof of purchase. Additionally, STMNA at their sole discretion may deny any Satisfaction Guarantee requests.
